- Local Data: Your entries, including notes, images, audio, and mood tags, are stored on your device using Apple’s Core Data framework.

- No Analytics or Tracking: Shelf Life does not collect analytics, behavioural tracking, or share your personal data with third parties.

2. Optional Access Permissions

- Photos, Camera, Microphone: Requested only when adding related content. Data is not accessed or stored without your explicit interaction.

- Face ID / Touch ID: Used for local device authentication to lock/unlock the app. Your biometric data is not stored or transmitted by the app.

3. Data Ownership & Security

- All data remains yours. Shelf Life does not upload your data.

- No external servers are used; storage is handled locally.

4. Deletion of Data

- You may delete entries individually or clear all app data by uninstalling the app.

5. Children’s Privacy

Shelf Life is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected in the app and noted by a new effective date.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Shelf Life may offer optional Pro features via a subscription or one-time purchase. Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store. No refunds will be handled directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, UI elements, and app assets are owned by Shelf Life. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Privacy and Data
